Similar as Art Prints, Woodblocks have high quality reproductions of my original artworks, mounted on finely cut pieces of pine wood at our home studio. Each woodblock-mounted print has an UV protective coat for extra endurance, which gives a great satin finish to the image, and the wood is hand-colored with a dense black paint. For even a nicer finishing, the edges of the print are hand-painted too!
Optionally, each woodblock-mounted print could be hand-embellished, with acrylic golden color.
The photos depicted above and below are digitally modified examples, and they might differ of the actual product. Please have a look at the galleries on your right for motives you’d like to have made as woodblocks.
Each item is ready to hang on the wall without the need of any additional framing. An eye-pleasant piece to hang at your place, or as a gift to that special person!
Each woodblock will be safely packaged and shipped via Registered Mail (Tracking Number), from Bulgaria (EU).
Woodblocks dimensions may vary, but usually they’ve been offered in two sizes:
- Small – 4 x 6 x 0.8 in. (10 x 15 x 2 cm.)
- Large – 6,9 x 8,7 x 0,8 in. (17,5 x 22 x 2 cm.)
It is important to note that the large size would not be available for every artwork. This is especially true for miniatures, and when the originals were painted in a smaller size, and enlarging them more than a certain degree would compromise quality. Anyway, please choose whatever you’d like and contact me; I’ll make sure we work out the details to your satisfaction.
