It remembers me of something often seen in the works of the Vienna school (Klimt, Hundertwasser,…). What is it? The softened color oppositions, the texture of the material, the composition, I have no clue. I just feel attracted.

This piece succeeds on many levels. The composition, texture, and palette work well together. The sense of a strong light source is really effective. The fantastical element of implied symbolic relationship between the bird and figure is very intriguing. Nice work!

The flowing of the curves really emphasises the feminine, the colors are subtle and the elements are well balanced. If I were a painter, this one could be an inspiration for a whole body of work.
