Shipping FAQ and more

As everything we do is hand-made to order, we would need about 5-7 business days to craft and prepare for shipping. Orders are usually shipped once a week. Shipping is free! Your order will be carefully packaged and flat or tube shipped depending on type and size of the goods, via Registered Priority Mail with Tracking/Registration Number. As soon as dispatched, you'll get an automated "Order Completed" email from our system, containing the Tracking/Registration Number of your package. Please mind tracking sometimes might take some time to show up or update online, until the local partner delivers to the main international hub and continues moving to the next one.

• Delivery to other European countries is normally taking 5-10 business days after dispatch (with 20-25 for delays.)
• Delivery outside of Europe (US, Australia, etc.) is normally taking 10-25 business days after dispatch (with 30-40 for delays.)

Kindly be aware if your country is experiencing climate or social disturbance (heavy snow, strikes, etc.), this can affect the ability of the postal services to deliver to you on time. Alternatively, if you’re in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, the Netherlands, and rather in a hurry, get our art made & shipped locally, through our partnership shop: ArtsyWorks.eu that's fully managed by Fine Art America, and fulfilling orders locally from within the aforementioned countries.
